No. Duplicate protection is scoped strictly to the same developer + the same role.
What if I really need a second RTS for the same role?
The system supports safe override flows at the API level when needed.
Do developers lose flexibility with exclusivity?
No. Exclusivity is time-bound and explicitly chosen by the developer.
